“A man is someone who is not afraid to stand naked in his truth”.
I heard that somewhere once, and again more recently. Until someone is truthful to themselves how can they be truthful to those around them.
Is it alright to lie to yourself but make everyone around you aware of their truths?
But that’s just it, it’s always easy to point out the flaws in others and in a way mock them, but it’s that much harder to see your own flaws, and it’s not because we don’t want to see them it’s because, most of us never look. If we did we might not like the person we have become, all because, we are too scared to stand naked in our own truth.
